Comment: I loved being a Parkette and Viking Cheerleader. My favorite memory was dancing at The Rose Bowl show and being in the parade. Parkettes taught me the value of each person in a large group. Especially a precision group. It taught me discipline, to be dependable, gave me confidence. I cherish the friendships I made and all the happy memories.  I thank Mrs. Libby for all her amazing dedication in making the Parkettes so great. It couldn't have happened without her.
