10:00am - Reunion Check-in opens at Holiday Inn Bayside. *** PLEASE NOTE - IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO CHECK IN FOR THE REUNION WHEN YOU ARRIVE ON FRIDAY, AS SATURDAY MORNING WILL BE QUITE BUSY.

Hornblower Emerald Boat Cruise - Two (2) Hour Cruise on San Diego Bay - Optional

This is an optional event for those who bought tickets in advance.  This cruise will include drive-by USS Princeton pierside at 32^nd Street Naval Station. Transportation will be available to the City Cruises Pier, 1800 North Harbor Drive for those staying at the Holiday Inn (4875 North Harbor Drive) to shuttle to pier between 11:00am-12:00pm.  

If you plan on driving yourself and have room for shipmates to ride with you, please do so as that will help with transportation, thanks. ***REUNION NAME BADGES ARE REQUIRED TO BOARD HORNBLOWER

Timeline:

10:00am-12:00pm Check-in at Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside Lobby. Pick up SWAG Bag, Name-Tags, Memorabilia. ***REUNION NAME BADGES ARE REQUIRED TO BOARD HORNBLOWER

11:15am: First Group to transit to City Cruises Pier by shuttle

12:00pm:  Last Group to transit to City Cruises Pier by shuttle

12:30pm:  Latest time for those providing self-transportation to meet at the City Cruises Pier.  

1:00pm: Hornblower underway for San Diego Bay Cruise

3:00pm: Return to pier

3:00pm-4:00pm:  Shuttle returns guests back to Holiday Inn

Reunion Reception and Meet & Greet

Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside, 4875 North Harbor Drive

5:00-11:00pm: Meet and Greet at Bayside Ballroom

We will gather in the Bayside Ballroom for casual meet and greet and move to the Bayside Bar attached to the hotel.

Come join your shipmates who have arrived on Friday for this "ice breaker" to kick off the weekend.

All attendees will receive complimentary hors d'oeuvres and two drink tickets.

Check-In for the Reunion at the Holiday Inn - Bayside Ballroom

7:00am: Check in for Reunion. Pick up SWAG Bag, Name-Tags, Memorabilia *** PLEASE NOTE SATURDAY MORNING WILL BE QUITE BUSY - IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO CHECK IN FOR THE REUNION WHEN YOU ARRIVE ON FRIDAY.

7:00-8:30am: Complimentary Continental Breakfast

Ship Visit USS Princeton at 32nd Street Naval Station

8:30am: Board buses for 32nd Street Naval Station.

9:00am: Buses depart PROMPTLY at 9am for 32nd Street. ***ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE WEARING THEIR REUNION NAME BADGE TO BOARD THE BUS.

9:30-11:30am: Ship Visit USS Princeton.

11:30am-12:00pm: Board bus and transit back to the host hotel.

*** PLEASE NOTE - Princeton is undergoing a maintenance period. There will be scaffolding and other repair conditions and thus the ship will not be in "showroom" condition. Restroom and fresh water facilities will be offline for repair, however, there will be port-a-potties and drinking water available. Although not perfect, this is the trade-off we had to make to ensure the ship would be in port and not underway for our Reunion.  As the ship will be in a repair environment, please no open-toed shoes or shorts for this event. Thank you for your understanding.

12:00pm-3:00pm Complimentary bag lunch will be provided upon return. 

Bayside Ballroom will be available to relax and spend time with your shipmates and guests until 3pm, at which time the staff will need to begin setting up for our Banquet.

Last Quarters Reception and Dinner Banquet - Holiday Inn - Bayside Ballroom

6:00pm-7:00pm: Cocktail Reception (Open Bar)

7:00pm-10:00pm: Dinner followed by Program (Open Bar, 8-10pm)

8:30-9:00am:  Transition to Room setup for Memorial Service to begin promptly at 9am

10:00-11:00am:  Final Farewells
