Paddle Board Yoga At The Canal

Registration for the 2024 Paddle Season will Open May 1st 2024

Join us at the iconic Downtown Canal every Sunday all summer for a chance to participate in a FREE 90-minute paddle board yoga session! Each week, 10 lucky registrants per class will be randomly selected for this one-of-a-kind experience presented by Pure Soul Paddle Board Yoga and the Indianapolis Cultural Trail. Whether you are new to yoga or paddleboarding, this is a great way to explore mindful movement with exclusive access to the Downtown Canal. The option to watch or participate from the serene landscape of the Admiral Spruance Basin is also available.

Space is limited and expected to fill up fast, so registration is required to be selected for participation on a paddle board. All registrants will receive email notification with more detailed information after the Friday drawing prior to the event. All paddle board equipment is provided, and each session is accessible to any skill level. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to create your calm!

Each week the next event will open for registration. Registrants will be selected from a drawing to participate!

Classes are free and available May - September on Sundays

** Registration will open for this event based on weather after May 1st **

** Registrations are on hold due to current weather conditions **
