Site Builder

The Site Builder tab is the main area to access and edit your pages. Under Site Builder > Pages you'll be able to navigate into any of the individual pages that make up your site if you wish to edit an existing section or content block that appears on a particular page.

 

  • Editing Existing items: Find the section or block you wish to edit and click the Edit Icon that appears to the right of it.

  • Adding new content or features: Click the Add Content or Features link in a given section to add more content or an additional feature to that section. Text and Images will give you the ability to add more text and images to that section in either a 1,2 or 3 column setup. Features are pre-built functions that will embed that feature into that section. Ex: Who's Coming for your tickets sold. >>Learn More

Administration

The Administration tab is where you can establish or cancel a subscription. Setup your payout method and request a payout as well as apply additional site security if you would like to password protect or make a login required for your entire site or specific page(s).

 

  • Administration > Payouts is the main area to setup your Payout Method, Request a payout and view any previous payout reports.

  • Administration > Subscribe is the area to establish a subscription or cancel your already established subscription.

  • Administration > Security is the area to set additional requirements to your entire site or individual pages. Can be either an extra password or login required so they have to register on your site that you then manually approve them before they can view the site or specific pages. >>Learn More

Promote

Within this tab, you'll be able to notify classmates\family of the upcoming reunion or any updates leading up to the event.

 

You can paste in a list of email addresses or use the Address Book that will be auto-populated with email addresses entered during Classmate\Family registration or during a ticket purchase or donation made on the site. So you could for example notify solely ticket purchasers by clicking that button and unchecking the other options besides purchased tickets.

Reports

The Reports tab will be the main area to review your Ticket sales or Registrations. You'll be able to download all your reports, all Transactions or Tickets as well as access Custom Form submissions and details entered within each submission.
