Robert B.J. Richie

Robert "BJ" Richie was born in Stephens County to the late Flora and Henry Richie. He departed this life at the Toccoa Nursing Center. He was a member of Cleveland C.M.E. Church and was a faithful member until his health started declining. He worked for Patterson Pump for 25 years.
Robert was married to Gracie Richie. He has three daughters (Joan McCater, Diane Richie, and Annetta Mayes); two sons (Larry Richie, Trampas Richie, and Robert Wilhite who preceded him in death); two stepsons (Michael Hunder and Terry Hunter). At the time of death, Robert had 16 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

Robert Lenoard Sylvester Richie

Robert departed this life after a long illness. He was the son of the late William Dennis and Mertie B. Richie. He was born in Toccoa, Georgia. He retired from Cecil Hill Nursery after 30 years. He leaves to cherish his memory a beloved wife, Lillie Mae Richie. Robert has six children (Sallie Lou Richie, Roger Richie, Tony Richie, Charles Richie, Hoyt Richie, John Richie).

Roy Lee Richie
1917-07-26 2002-03-14Roy L. Richie was born in Stephens County to the late Henry and Flora Richie. He was perceded in death by his wife, Mavis R. Shackleford Richie and daughter Marolyn E. Richie. He was a World War II veteran and retired from Troydon Furniture Company. Roy has 6 children (Roy L. Richie, Jr., Dorothy Richie Grant, Nina Richie Thomas, Barbara R. Richie, Elaine Richie, Vickie E. Richie). At the time of his death, Roy had 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Steve Richie

Steve Richie was born to Margie Faulkner Richie and the late Joe Richie. He attended and graduated from Banks County High School. Steve is the grandson of Hubert Richie. He joined Homer First Baptist Church at an early age. He served on the Deacon Board and as Superintendent of Sunday School for a number of years. Steve had two daughters (Yolinda Faye Richie and Jacqueline Twanette Moon). At time of death, Steve had five grandchildren.

Styles Richie, Sr
1900-01-21 1985-05-21Styles Richie Sr., 84, departed life at his home. Born in Stephns County, Georgia he was the sone of the late Dennis and Ludella Burton Richie. He joined Cleveland C.M.E. Church in Toccoa, and later in life he joined Traveler's Rest Baptist Church in Westminster, SC. He was married to Almeta Drake Richie and they had 9 children (Jasper, Lurenia, Howard, Mable, Henry, Burice, Styles Jr.. and two children preceded them in death Steve Drake and Baby Gladis Rosella who died at the age of 1). At time of death, Styles had 23 granchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Thomas Ray Richie, SR.

Thomas (Ray) Richie, Sr was born on April 2, 1934 in Stephens County, Georgia. He departed this life Saturday, October 25, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia. He was a member of Cleveland CME Church for many years. He was a devoted employee for Henry Green Concrete for many years and Patterson Pump for twenty plus years where he later retired. He enjoyed playing lead guitar for many church programs, and was a lead guitar player for Cross Roads Male Chorus for four years and S&B Gospel group for fourteen years.

Beauler Veanner Rucker (Richie)

Beauler Veanner rucker was born in Stephens County. She departed this life in the Tennessee Hospital following a heart attack. Beauler is the granddaughter of William Richie. She was a native of Dekalb County, Ga but lived a good number of years in Gwinnett County, GA. She was a member of Cleveland C.M.E. Church. Beauler was married to Thealer Rucker.
