LOURIE HOWARD (GILES)
Dorothy "Lourie" Howard passed away in Vancouver, WA on April 13, 2009. She was 68. Lourie was born on July 1, 1940 in Bremerton, WA. She was raised and educated in Seattle, WA, graduating from Roosevelt High School.
She married Gary A. Howard in 1961.
Lourie worked as a sales clerk for Hi-School pharmacy for 15 years, retiring in 2002.
She enjoyed tennis, yard work, and Columbia Little League.
She was a member of Silver Star Racquet Club.
Survivors include her husband, Gary at home; two sons, Brent A. Howard of Seattle, WA, Brian R. Howard of Sherwood, OR; father, Robert E. Giles, of Seattle, WA; brother, Robert Giles, of Woodinville, WA; sister, Mary Axter of Bellevue, WA; three granddaughters, Meghan, Lindsay, and Katie Howard.
