SANDRA NUDELMAN (MAIZELS)

Sandra Bonnie Nudelman was born in Portland, Oregon on June 8, 1940 to Edith and Albert Maizels. She attended Roosevelt High School and The University of Washington where she met the love of her life Phil. Phil and Sandra were married for 63 years residing in Bellevue during that time. Sandra loved her Pan and Mahjong groups. She and Phil had a lifelong commitment to philanthropy and her passion for collecting penguins is renowned. They loved to travel with their family to Maui especially. Later Sandra and Phil traveled the world with her best friend and younger sister Barbara and her husband Ron - through Europe, Asia, Australia, South America, Antarctica and extensively through the States. She was adventurous and always the first to try the local foods. Sandra was a loving sister to Barbara and Ron Coe, Dick and Harriet Maizels and preceded in death by her brother Robert Maizels. She was a dedicated mother to sons Mitchell and Sherrie Nudelman, Mark and Laura Nudelman; Gramma to Jacqueline Downey (Phil), Lauren Triggs (Nate), Brandon Nudelman (Leann), Katherine Eickhoff (Greg), Alexa Nudelman (Jake), and Mikayla Nudelman; and Grammy to Olivia, Avery, Levi, Logan, Skylar, and Carson. Her greatest joy was the family she and Phil spent a lifetime creating. The family requests that donations be made to any Maui fire relief charity.
