Comment: Five years ago, my beloved Joe passed away suddenly from acute bacterial meningitis. We had a wonderful life, and he was loved and respected by all who knew him. I am now a "snowbird" living in Tucson in the winter with my fiance Don McClelland (how ironic is that!) and in Bothell in summer. A group of '58 girls and I take a yearly "class trip" to someplace fun. Out trip in "08 will be to the reunion!

Comment: Since graduating from Roosevelt High School, I have had no contact with any classmates in my graduating class or otherwise.  Upon graduation, I left home and moved to Los Angeles, CA.  Except for a few brief visits many years ago, I never returned to Seatle.
Prior to my marriage in 1961, I worked one year and then attended two years of further education.  For 39 years, I was a pastor's wife, actively serving alongside my husband in seven congregations in different states.  Together we had four children, including twin girls.   In 2000, he passed away as a result of Acute Myelogenous Leukemia.  I am blessed with 15 grandchildren.
Thankfully, I am a sixteen year cancer survivor.  I wrote a book, which was published and released in early 2008 A LEGACY OF HOPE: Rescued from the Quicksand  of Dysfunction.

Comment: Married  Mac in '61, graduated from Western Washington in Bellingham in '62. Taught school (3rd grade)  4 years,  Edmonds School District, have two daughters and 4 wonderful grandchildren ages 3 to 19.  Have lived in Monroe since 1979 and own with husband McLaughlin Waterbeds.  Have had a Real Estate License since 1981 and have taught Real Estate Classes since '86 until this last December.  I am liking retirement!   Husband and I still own McLaughlin Waterbeds and I help.

Comment: Single, happy, busy mother of three amazing girls and grandmother of four. Live a great life across the street from the beach and am selling beautiful homes in Laguna Beach. Would so love to hear from all my old pals. So sorry to not be there with you all. Am in Cortona, Italy for my youngest's wedding. It's on 08/08/08.  Damn these kids! Didn't they know this was a big deal for me!!??  Have fun and have one on me....
