Jacobs, Michael C. Age 55, of St. Anthony, passed away June 4, 2012. Preceded in death by parents, Simon & Anna Marie. Survived by loving wife, Michele (Stawski); daughters, Nicole, Anna and Gabrielle; cherished grandson, Cole; brothers, Paul (Sandy), Tom (Teresa), Geno (Mary Helen) and sister, Kathleen (Arthur) Quiggle; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
