Julie was born on August 5, 1966 and passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2013.
After Seaholm, Julie joined the U.S. Army, where she also served in the Persian Gulf War.
She passed away from complications from cancer after many years as a breast cancer survivor. Julie was a resident of Naperville, Illinois at the time of her death.

Per her brother, Kirk Carman:
Julie Ruth Carman who passed away on January 22, 2013 on was laid to rest on August 5, 2013 on what would have been her 47th birthday -- at a private service at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. Julie was buried with the remains of her beloved dog Wishbone -- and received a military funeral honors ceremony, which included the folding and presenting of the United States burial flag and the playing of Taps. For any of Julie's many friends who wish to pay their respects, her gravesite is Section 8/Grave 892 and her headstone will be in place in about 30 days. Rest in peace, Julie.
