Hello friends and family.  

I am participating in a 5K walk next weekend to raise money for SisterHouse, a women's shelter and recovery program that is near and dear to my heart.  SisterHouse provides shelter, food, personal items, mental health services, behavioral health services, and job training and placement for women suffering from addiction, mental health issues and the long term effects of poverty.  Any donation you can make to support my fundraising efforts for SisterHouse is most appreciated.  Thank you in advance.  Christine Flood
