Charles Walukas Obituary beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and dedicated educator, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2025, at the age of 80. Born on January 5, 1945, in Cleveland, Ohio, Chuck devoted more than 40 years of his life to education, inspiring generations of students with his patience, kindness, and unwavering commitment to learning. His true legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched-both in and beyond the classroom. In 1971, Chuck married Carole, and together they shared 54 wonderful years. They built a home filled with love, laughter, and shared dreams. A proud father of four and adoring grandfather to five, Chuck treasured every moment with his family-whether gathered around the dinner table, cheering from the stands, or swapping stories that grew just a little taller with each telling. Outside the classroom, Chuck found joy on the golf course, where he embraced both the challenge of the game and the friendships it brought. Chuck will be remembered for his generous spirit, quick wit, and steadfast love for his family, friends, and students. He is survived by his wife, Carole; children Brian, Keith (Amanda), Jeff (Kerry), and Stephanie (Tim); grandchildren Walker, Henry, Wyatt, Jackson, and William; as well as a wide circle of friends and former students who will carry his memory forward. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 WEST AURORA RD. (OH RT 82) FOR VISITATION ON MONDAY, AUGUST 11, 2025 FROM 2-4 AND 6-8 P.M.
