Constance D. Johnson, "Connie" age 59, of Lakeville, died peacefully surrounded by her family after a lengthy battle with liver disease. Preceded in death by her father, Ralph Ledin. Survived by a loving husband of 26 years, Mike; two sons, Nicholas and Christopher Nygaard; mother, Agatha "Gussie" Ledin; brother, Paul (Sharon) Ledin; sister, Joan (Terry) Gard; and friends. Connie was a devoted mother and wife who touched the lives of many family and friends and will be dearly missed by all.
