CLASSMATE BIOS

In some of the past reunions, we have printed a book containing a bio of most classmates. This is too expensive and is outdated quick, so we are providing this page to create a digital classmates bio book. Please know... this information IS secure and NOT available on the website, but you are able to contact anyone 'via email', who has posted their bio.

So, please take a few minutes to update us with your comments and contact information, especially if you moved or changed your email address. Please add a current picture of yourself – it can be with your spouse, your dog, pet rock, what ever you prefer. Your 'Then' photo will be added later by the site administrator.

To all my  classmates: I wish you all the best. It has been 30 years since I have seen most of you. One reason is that I moved to Cal over 20 years ago. I started out in Hollywood seeking my fame and fortune but ended up refurbishing about 75 old apartment buildings instead, so the next generations could have nice places to live their dreams. I once lived in a building that Charles Manson lived in.  Anyway a few years ago I had some health problems and was forced to retire.  Since then I have been able to do some traveling and have enjoyed that. I have from time to time been able to come to the Mpls area and have seen some old friends. That's always good. I am truly looking forward to this reunion. I hope to see many of you there.

Comment: I have lived in Golden Valley my whole married life.  Earl and I just had our 45th anniversary.  We have 2 children, a daughter and a son.  We have 5 grandchildren- 4 girls and a boy.  We are very fortunate that everyone lives in town now.  I taught nursery school for 17 years and have been retired for about 10 years.  Earl retired 3 years ago, and we have been doing a lot of traveling by ourselves as well as with all our children.

Comment: I am looking forward to the 50th reunion and will be attending with Joyce, Noel and Vickey. We have had several trips in recent years with lots of time for reminissing over our year books and stories from the "Good Old Days at SLP".





Life has changed this past year as I have retired from 31 years in the Lettershop business. My wonderful husband Jeff and I will be married 44 years in July. We have 2 fantastic sons. Jeremy 40, has been a machinist at Boston Scientific for over 20 years and enjoys everything on wheels. Kyle 34, is also a machinist/welder at Pengo and is an avid fisherman.





I am very blessed with my family and also am a 2011 Cancer survivor. Without the help from my best friend, Joyce Monson Anderson and her medical connections I would not be here today.





We all have many things in our life to be thankfull and enjoy each day to the fullest.

Comment: We just moved back to CO.from AZ. with our 2 dogs and our horse. We have been married for 38 years.Our daughter just had a baby in Dec. which is our first grandchild. They live in MN. so we get back often. Most of our family is still there also. My hobbies are showing my dogs and painting. Hard to believe that 40 years have gone by.

Comment: This will be my first to see all of you, and I'm looking forward to it. Life has been good to me. I have two great kids, Dominic 34 and Katie 27. Two wonderful grandchildren, Tony 14 nad Trinity 5. I stay very active with running, biking, swimming, and horeback riding. I stable my horse at the Shriners Ranch in Rockford, MN. I travel to Canada for inventory problems once or twice a month for the company I have worked for afor 33 years and I love it. Travled quite a bit in Colorado in the Denver, Colorado Springs areas.

Comment: My husband Gerry and I are both retired and enjoying the "goof life".  We travel a lot, play golf, volunteer, and enjoy our lake.  We have been blessed with the ability and health to be able to do all this and more.  Our kids live on opposite coasts, one in NYC and the other in San Diego so in addition to our "bucket list" of travels, we get to spend quality time in great places with them. Wow...50 years! We can't be that old! Can't wait to see everyone.
