Robert Thomas Stewart of Denver passed away Sunday, September 09, 2012 at his home, he was 57 years old. He was born March 8, 1955 in Seattle, Washington to the late Robert & Caroline Jenkins Stewart. He leaves his wife of 16 years, Fatemeh Stewart and beloved canine, Suma; his brother, Jim and wife, 2 nieces, and one nephew, to cherish his memories. Private services will be held. I met Bob through Steve Beaghler and Gary Houghton. It seemed like we all got our cars at about the same time. Steve had a firebird, Gary had a challenger, I had a Ford Falcon and Bob had a Dodge Charger. I remember launching rockets with Steve and Gary, when Bob would come driving up with our rocket in his charger. You always knew Bob was around if you saw that charger. That car seemed be his pride and joy! Out of Steve Beaghler, Gary Houghton, Bob Stewart, John Peterson and myself, Gary and I are the only two still living.
