Jnnifer Lynn (Maruska) Fox, 68, of Bangs, Texas formerly of Greeley, Colorado passed away Friday, February, 10, 2023.
Jennifer was born November 1, 1954 in Hastings Nebraska to Chuck and Anita Maruska. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Denver, Colorado. She attended the Red Rocks Community College receiving an Associate degree in Occupational Safety & Health. Jennifer married Jerry Burley after high school and was blessed with 3 beautiful daughters, although their marriage was short, they remained friends throughout their life. After college, Jennifer met James "Jim" Fox and they were married June 19, 1993. Jim and Jennifer shared a wonderful marriage for almost 30 years. Jennifer owned a safety business for many years before going to work for OSHA as a trainer. She was very popular among her peers and was able to connect with people from all walks of life. Jennifer was the most kind and caring individual, she watched over everyone. She enjoyed getting to know people everywhere she went, and not just chit chat. She would have long talks and remember everyone and their story the next time she saw them no matter how long that might be. Jennifer loved to crochet in her down time and was really an artist in her craft. She would make blankets, gloves, scarfs, hats and even stuffed animals. She would make things for her family but she would also make items and give them to people she just met, people having a hard time, anyone that was in need. It blessed her heart to bless other people and everything was made with Love.
Jennifer is survived by her beloved husband, Jim Fox of Bangs; daughters, Susan Fox and husband Brent of Brookesmith, Jessica Burley of Lake Jackson, Texas, Jill Jamison and husband Kevin of Kersey, Colorado & Joline Browne and husband Fred of Bangs; son James D. Fox of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; sisters, Julie & Jodi; brother, Mark; 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and many friends and family.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents, Chuck and Anita Maruska; and her step-mother, Sandi Maruska.
