This is a long time coming.  Jerry was killed, as many of you probably know,
in a car accident at 19 years of age.  We were pals and musicians in Jerry's
band, The Clefs, a jazz group, that played together when we were still in H.S.
Jerry played the electric accordian, and we played a couple of gigs together.
He was also a good friend, and helped me through a couple of courses a was
having trouble with.  He was a sweet and kind kid, and in a sea of faces from the
class of '62, his shines most in my memoryI
