Join Family Promise North Shore Boston at our annual Walk to End Homelessness. This will be our 10th Annual Walk to End Homelessness and we hope to make it our LARGEST yet! 2023 has proven to be one of the most difficult years yet for the families we are serving. Rent prices are higher than ever, resources are scarce and there is absolutely no housing available for anyone - especially those we serve. We need your help in order to continue providing these families with critical services in order to prevent and end their situations of homelessness!

In order for this fundraiser to be successful, we are asking our supporters to rally their friends, family, and networks to join in, donate, and walk. Whether you have been a supporter for years or are just hearing about us for the first time, the goal of ending family homelessness can only be met with your help. We walk to spread awareness in our community and to make our presence known to any families experiencing the throes of homelessness.

This year we have seen a huge increase in the amount of calls we receive from families in crisis. Our staff works diligently to serve as many households as possible and we continue to increase our capacity in order to meet the growing need. Our Homelessness Prevention and Shelter Diversion programs put us in a unique situation to support families who would otherwise fall through the cracks by offering them low-barrier financial assistance and invaluable case management services. This growth means that our expenses have also increased. We need your help to meet our 2023 fundraising goals, so we can continue providing these invaluable resources to families in need all over the North Shore.
