Penny Ann Frank-Simon, 42, of Ft. Collins, died Sunday, Jan. 22, 1995, at Poudre Valley Hospital.
Penny Ann Frank was born Nov. 7, 1952, in Elmhurst, Ill., to Roland and Louise Farley Frank, of Fort Collins.
She graduated from York High School in Elmhurst and moved to Fort Collins in 1975.
She married Robert Edward Simon on Dec. 31, 1992, in Fort Collins. He lived in Fort Collins.
Other survivors include a sister, Linda Conley of Downers Grove, Ill., and a special nephew, Nathan Conley of Illinois.
Cremation has been conducted. Warren-Bohlender Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the First Free Will Baptist Church, 320 W. Trilby Road, with the Rev. Bob Thomas officiating.
