Comment: As of July 2022, I will be a Preventive Medicine Resident at UCSD in the Lifestyle Medicine track. I am very passionate about Lifestyle Medicine, the use of evidence-based lifestyle interventions, such as Plant-Based Nutrition, physical activity, stress management, positive psychology, sleep hygiene, and substance cessation as a primary modality to not only prevent, but treat and reverse chronic disease from a root cause perspective. My career goal is to move Lifestyle Medicine forward at a systems level, incorporating its tenets into education (both medical and otherwise), large-scale programming, the corporate world, health systems, and the overall fabric of our society.
