A Time to be Born........

Wanda Lee Young Williams was blessed with this purpose on February 4, 1946. She was born in Guilford County to the late Thomas Rudolph Young and Ruby McDonald Young.

A Time to Plant........
Wanda began planting seeds of life with beginning an education of Rena Bullock Elementary School in Pleasant Garden, N.C. It was completed by her graduation from James B. Dudley High School.

She spent many years harvesting her career in the medical fields of L. Richardson Memorial Hospital, Dr. Norman Jones's private practice, and Moses Cone Memorial Hospital.

Her spiritual seeds were instituted at an early age as she joined and became very active at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church. It was there the seeds germinated and flourished as she matured into the love and worship of Christ Jesus. One of her proudest moments was the position of “Lay Person.” She faithfully worked until her health no longer allowed her to participate.

As the years passed, Wanda further strengthened her knowledge of the written Word and her undying love of the Lord, after joining New Beginnings Community Outreach Church. She enjoyed serving, witnessing, and helping others.

A Time to Love........
Wanda was united in matrimony with Harvey Erwin for ten years.
To this union, two children were born. Later in life, she met and
married Bobby R. Williams, along with his two children. This
sparkle of love lasted until Bobby's death in October 2006.

A Time to Die.....
The flower of life grew to its peak. The petals slowly began to weaken. God gently selected His creation and guided our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, and dear friend home to be His ever-growing floral arrangement on high. You see, God is the master gardener.
