Greetings Fellow Top Tigers and Mustangs
If you have not already heard, the 2024 Reunion is set for Sept. 25th to Sept. 29th in Mt. Pleasant/Charleston, SC at the Hilton Garden Inn located at 300 Wingo Way. Nightly room rates are $149.00 plus taxes, those rates are good for 3 days before and after the reunion, (depending on hotel availability) so if you want to stay longer and see more of the sites and enjoy the pleasantries of the Low Country, you’ll still have access to our special rates.
Let’s face the fact, we are all getting older and health is becoming an issue for many of us. The question is how many more reunions will there be, and will you be able to attend them. We are losing members way too often, so don’t make this the reunion that you wished you had attended. Let’s make every effort to be there in 2024.
Dave has recently been in touch with Scott Alwin’s sister, Pam and we are happy to say the documentary about Scott’s time with the 68th titled “Honor in the Air” is complete. We are planning to show it at this year’s reunion. We are hoping that several of Scott’s sisters and his former wife, Tess will be in attendance.
