I went to school with CB from grade school through high school. He was always a nice friend throughout the many years. My sadness now is that Charles asked me to dance at our last reunion. I wasn't feeling my best at that reunion, so promised CB we would for sure have that dance at our 60th reunion. Now he is gone, but I will keep him in my heart at our 60th. Cheryl Duthie May

C B (Charles) Rand went to Deming Elementary , McCormick Junior High, Cheyenne Central High, and Univ Wyoming. He served in U S Navy on an oiler ship during Viet Nam era. C B loved cars, owned a bunch, almost all were Dodge or Plymouth. He would have had a DeSoto , but very hard to find. Best of his collection- a 1967 Dodge Coronet , 426 Hemi powered-- a !968 Plymouth GTX, 426 Hemi powered. C B was a great guy and a great friend.
