Kurma Hartline

Kurma J. Hartline passed away at University Hospital in Aurora, CO, on Thursday, March 7, 2024. She was 72 years old. Kurma was born in Glenwood Springs, CO, on August 27, 1951, to Roy and Berna Deane (Riley) Hartline. Kurma graduated from Glenwood Springs High School in 1970. Kurma attended Arizona Bible College in Phoenix, AZ. Kurma had lived in different locations throughout Colorado - Fort Collins, Arvada and eventually settling at her residence in Aurora, where she resided until her death.
Over the course of Kurma's working career, she worked for a variety of different businesses including Samsonite and Cornerstone Lending. Kurma enjoyed riding motorcycles and she had been a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA) Rocky Mountain Christian Riders Chapter (RMCR) since May 8, 1991. She had also been a member of the Women in the Wind (WITW) organization. She will be remembered for her voluntarism in both organizations and most importantly, the love for her Lord and Savior.
Kurma leaves behind one brother, George Hartline, Virginia Beach, Virginia, many family members in Colorado and Texas, and a maze of friends. A memorial will be held at Legacy Christian Fellowship Church in Thornton, CO at a date to be determined. Her cremated remains will be interned with her parents at the Glenwood Springs Cemetery.
