Dear Sisters in P.E.O.,

Idaho State Chapter President Therese Roemer and Hostess Chapters F, H, AJ, BK, BQ, BX, and BZ invite you to join us on May 17, 18, and 19, 2024, at The Riverside Hotel & Convention Center in Boise, Idaho.

We are excited to host you in Boise, the capital city of Idaho, a lively, clean, artistic, vibrant, tree-lined city with easy access, where we will celebrate the 108th Annual Idaho State P.E.O. Convention – "Live your Life with Gratitude and Grace." We are honored to welcome Karen Holcombe Leftwich from Whitefish, Montana, as our Representative of the International Chapter. She is currently serving as Vice-Chair of the Study and Research Committee.

Registration is available to all who wish to join the festivities. As a member of the convention or visiting sister, we encourage you (especially local sisters) to stay both nights at the hotel. Hence, you will get the entire convention experience as we share in Gratitude and Grace. Staying at the hotel lets you meet and catch up with your sisters from other chapters after meetings and special events.

The 2024 Convention will kick off on Friday evening with a new reception format, a Friends and Family Meet and Greet with happy hour appetizers and a no-host bar. It is an excellent way to mix and mingle, reunite with sisters, and introduce BILs and friends to others. Saturday night will be our Projects Dinner with spectacular speakers and recognizing chapters contributing to projects. Throughout the weekend, be sure to visit the Marketplace for various creative merchandise to purchase for yourself or as gifts. There will be higher-end silent auction items, and all the Marketplace proceeds will offset the convention's costs. 

Continue to move through our registration site and complete the spaces required for convention attendees to select lodging and meal preferences. Be sure that each member attending from your chapter completes an individual online registration. If you have a first-time delegate, mentoring her on what to expect at the convention would be helpful. If needed, and if possible, assist your delegate financially to attend the convention.  BILs and guests may enjoy participating in separate activities while you are in convention meetings.
