We are so pleased to have worked with the La Concha Renaissance Resort to garner a special rate for our reunion in Puerto Rico! This amenity-rich, beach-front property is located in the very trendy and chic Condado district.
For this luxury resort, we have negotiated a rate of $289 + $65 resort fee/per night (the lowest published rate is currently $414 + $65 Resort Fee and $390 + $65 Resort Fee for Members per night). This rate is now less expensive than the budget option we previously mentioned!
The rate on the booking site will already include the resort fee and will display as $354 ($289 + $65 resort fee).

Booking Info:
Our dates for booking are June 20-23, 2025.
Room type is "Run of House" like attending a conference or destination wedding. This means a minimal room type, like "Guest Room King" will be offered on the booking link. Upon arrival, the best room or your specific request (Ocean-View, Partial Ocean-View, Jr. Suite, etc.) will be assigned based on availability.
Variations:
If you are planning a longer stay, you will need to book our official dates using our special booking link and then book your additional dates separately and then call La Concha Reservations at (787) 977-3399 to bridge the bookings. They will try to work with you to get the same rate, however, it is based on availability.
If you require a guarantee of a specific room type, you will need to book a regular published rate.
Reserving and Deadline:
A credit card is required to guarantee/hold your reservation, however, you will pay at the property and can change your form of payment upon checkin/checkout as needed.
All bookings must be made prior to May 20, 2025. We have a limited number of rooms so book quickly!
