Jane Elizabeth Harvey, 59 years old, died peacefully on December 10, 2014, in San Antonio, Texas, surrounded by family. Jane was born into an Air Force family as a Georgia cracker in Savannah, Georgia, July 28, 1955. Jane is preceded in death by her Father, Col. John Harvey and her sister, Lindsey Shahan. Jane lived in Austin; graduated from high school at McCallum High. She attended St. Edwards Univ, Austin, and College of Santa Fe in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Jane's passion was physical training and was both aerobics instructor and trainer for over 25 years. She worked at the YMCA in Austin for approximately 15 yrs, then was employed at Mecca Gym and Spa since its inception. She had a huge soft spot for dogs and volunteered almost every day after work at the Austin Pets Alive. She became an avid football fan attentively following the Univ of Texas Longhorns and Seattle Seahawks. Jane will be remembered for her unbridled enthusiasm, zest and perkiness that lighted up a room, love of family, daughters, and grandkids.

She is survived by her mother, Lilas Harvey of San Antonio, partner, Ryan Scott; loving daughters Lindsey Coffey and Haley Winkenhower, four grandchildren; sisters Pam Bennett and Leigh Harvey and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.

A committal service will be held at St. Matthews Episcopal Church in Austin at 8134 Mesa Dr, Austin 78759, Jan 10th at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Austin Pets Alive (1156 W.
