This is my tribute to my brother.Peter Lynn Remus was born in Austin at Bertram Air force base on 6/30/1955 to Arthur Frederick Remus Jr.and Linda Mae Leonard (Kidd). He was the oldest of three kids Debra Lee Remus ( Bjorson )and ( Kim Patricia Remus ( Allenger )Peter went to Rosedale Elementary, Lamar JR Highand Graduated from McCallum High School in1974 after high school he join the Navy while in the Navy he married his wife Donna Ott in Brunswick Maine . On August 3rd, 1977. He then adopted their daughter Amanda Remus with Donna in1981. In 1999 Peter retired from the Navy. His last year was in IngleSide TX. So they decided to settle down in Rockport, TX Peter then have different types of jobs. Peter's parents decided to move there in 2000 and his sister Kim and her family in 2001, Peter lost his Dad in 2003 from cancer. Peter lost his Mom in 2006 in October, from a heart attack, then Peter lost his wife Donna from brain cancer in December of 2006. Peter help take care of his daughter family in tell 2017 where Hurricane Harvy took their place. Peter moved to Corpus Chrisi TX. Where he passed away on July, 28, 2021 by himself alone.
