Howard died at age 57, probably of a heart attack. Howard lived in Gibsonia in his family home. His wife was Nancy Ferrainola Campbell (Joe’s cousin) to whom he was married for 11 years. Children: Keith Campbell (Melissa Bushik). Grandchildren: Isabella Campbell and Desiree Bushik. Howard was a tractor trailer driver for Fed-Ex at the Pittsburgh Airport for 18 years. Before that he was in the auto industry for 20 years. He loved to ride his Harley and raised money for the Shriners.
