1 pkg Pilsbury fudge cake mix
21 oz can cherry fruit filling
1 t. almond extract
2 eggs beaten
Preheat oven to 350 using solid shortening or margarine (not oil) grease and flour 15x10 cake pan. In large bowl combine ingredients by hand stir until well mixed. Pour into pan and bake 20-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
While cake cools prepare frosting:
1 C sugar
5 T butter
1/3 C milk
6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
In a small saucepan combine sugar, butter, milk. Boil stirring constantly for 1 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Pour over partially cooled cake.
1 lb hamburger
1 egg
¾ C cooked rice
2 cans tomato soup
1 head cabbage

Core and cook cabbage in boiling water, cook until tender then drain. Cook rice. Mix hamburger, egg, rice, onion, salt and pepper. Roll meat in cabbage leaves and brown in grease. Layer in large pan. Add 1 can tomato soup and can water. Cook covered 45 minutes then add 2nd can of tomato soup with no water. Cook another 45 minutes.
2 lbs ore ida hashbrowns
8 oz shredded cheese
½ stick butter
¼ C diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb Sour cream
Salt & pepper
1 bag potato chips
Mix all together. Crumble potato chips on top. 9x13 dish, 375 for 1 hour.
1 pkg Jello pistachio flavor fat free instant pudding
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice undrained
1 C low fat vanilla yogurt
2 ½ C thawed cool whip free whipped topping, divided
Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple and yogurt in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in 2 cups cool whip, cover. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve topped with remaining cool whip.

Clean, peel; and dice potatoes, Place 1 person portion in foil. Add onions, butter, salt & pepper. Seal foil. Bake 350 for 1 hour.

In electric fry pan brown meat, salt & pepper. Remove grease. Add water half way up meat and cook 45 minutes at 220. Add diced potatoes, carrots, pearl onions. Cook another 45 minutes.
1 C Bisquick
¼ C milk
1 can corn well drained, whole kernel
1 large egg
Mix all ingredients, stir until Bisquick mix is moistened. Drop by spoon into hot oil in deep fryer, 4-5 fritters at a time. Fry one side then the other. Drain on paper towel.
Elbow macaroni

Evaporated milk
Boil salted water and cook noodles. When done drain half the water and mix in evaporated milk a little at a time. Taste to see if you have enough salt. Add pat of butter and as much salt as you want.
1 lb hamburger
16 oz can stewed tomatoes
Salt & Pepper
1 medium onion
1 medium can tomato juice
3 C Macaroni
Brown meat, onion, Salt & Pepper. Remove grease and add stewed tomatoes. Cook 3 cups noodles. Add to meat plus can tomato juice. Cook 10-15 minutes.
1 lb stew meat
1 can regular bean sprouts
1 can mixed bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
Celery stalk diced
Salt & pepper
Flour
Brown stew meat, Salt & Pepper and onion. Drain grease. Add water to cover met, add celery and cook ½ hour medium heat. Mix flour and water and add meat continuously stirring. Add bean sprouts (1 regular and 1 mixed) and cook 10-15 minutes. Make rice.
