Mooky and her sister Joann lived a couple houses from me on 6th St for period of time. I would pick her up at times to walk to school together. She would often be eating a sandwich as she came out the door. She was a scrapper (fighter) lol, and confident about herself. Very proud person. We went to Cheyney together and lived on the same floor our first year. She and Lovelle Johnson were roommates, Yvonne Roberts and I were roommates and Wanda Schenck and Pam Daves were roommates. We ran the campus and Marilyn fed us often. She was sharing and caring in my experience. She was large and in charge no matter where. She was fussy, funny and fun to be around.
