Any amount is appreciated!
The RHS Class of 1984 40th Reunion events have been created 100% by your fellow classmate volunteers. We have no operating funds for this reunion. We are not a 501(c)(3) charitable organization exempt from Federal income tax or Texas franchise tax and sales tax. As such, any donation you choose to make to help cover expenses is NOT tax deductible.
The volunteer committee has worked diligently to keep our expenses to a minimum. We have selected sites that are not charging deposits or fees to host our events at their venues. The $25 charge for the Main Event at Northside Drafthouse on Saturday night covers the light food and non-alcoholic drinks that will be provided from 7:30-9:30 pm. Heavier food items and alcoholic drinks are available by setting up your own individual tab with Northside Drafthouse at check-in.
