I miss you Pam!
You truly were a sweetheart on this earth.
Your face, your smile were lit up, and you made people feel welcomed and encouraged.
You radiated God’s love and joy!
I love you Pam!

Pam was one of my best friends leading up to college. The last time I saw her was just before she went to Oxford in September of 1979 before my second son's birth. I wanted her to meet my boys so much. We lost track because family and distance. Just discovered just over a year she is gone. Did you know she wrote two books? They are on women's movement and impact on religion. You can still find them on Amazon.
Finding out she is gone gave me some peace. Pam you rest in peace.

Pammy (yes, that's what we called you in HS), you always were the smartest of the bunch, and the kindest. I am proud to have called you my friend all through Jr. and Sr. HS. We did our classes together; we had lunch together; we did sleep overs. Then, you and your family went to Belgium and I went to Augsburg College. I think it was summer of 1976 when I last saw you and it didn't go well for a lot of reasons. I didn't learn you died until just last year :-(. I always hoped we'd see each other at a reunion, but after searching for you online and realizing you were at Oxford, I realized why that couldn't happen. I should have reached out to you, and now I can't. I forever regret that my friend. You were a brilliant light. My light is dimmed with your passing.

Pam was quiet, unassuming and very smart. She always had a smile on her face.
