Napoleon J. Brown, 55, of Urbana passed away Saturday, April 1, 2006 in his residence. He was born in Toledo on Nov. 10, 1951, the son of Martha (White) Brown. He retired from the city of Urbana Wastewater Treatment Plant after 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved children.He is survived by his brothers, Roberto Brown of Mechanicsburg and Kenneth L. Brown of Los Angeles, Calif.; sisters, Evelyn Whiting Robinson of Toledo, and Phyllis and Jerry Weaver of Urbana; and special friends, Mrs. Anna Kelly, Steve Lawrence, Desirae, Lisa, Josh, Justice and Little Sullivan. He was preceded in death by his mother. Burial will be in Oak Dale Cemetery, Urbana. Services are being handled by the VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Urbana
