Anyone who knows Neal was well aware of Neal passion for racing , Neal was a free spirit who enjoy listening to good music specially Donna Summer , classic movies and was a huge fan of Mae West and Nicole Kidman. Neal back in October started having issues with Seizures , on January 7 he was admitted to Halifax Hospital here in Daytona Beach FL. Sadly on January 19 he went on to Cardio Arrest and never overcome his consciousness , on Wednesday February 3 around 11:29 he passed away.
