Cynthia is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned her MBA and her blood truly runs CAROLINA BLUE! GO HEELS! She is a frequent lecturer, trainer and speaker on insurance, business development, and retirement planning topics. In addition to running her insurance agency (IAM Insurance Group), Cynthia is a founding director of The B.O.S.S. Learning Academy, a nonprofit that mentors and trains youth in financial literacy. She's a long-time supporter of the Greensboro YWCA where she served as First Vice President of the Board of Directors for numerous years. Cynthia and her husband, Willie, live in the Piedmont-Triad region of North Carolina. Their daughter, Katrina, is a sophomore at Western Carolina University, majoring in Forensic Science.

Married September 3, 2012 to Brandon Jerel Gladden (born May 26, 1987 to Doris Deborah Dees & Larry James Gladden) and from our union God has blessed us with one son: Jamel Ezekiel Gladden, born December 8, 2018.

The third child of six to Donald Williams Sr and Wander Hayslett (sibling to Donald Jr, Monica, "Daniel", Ashleigh, and Brittney), Milton (aka Joe-Joe) was born February 22nd, 1985, graduated from 71st High School in 2003 in Fayetteville, NC and Appalachian State University in the Spring of 2008. Has been teaching orchestra in public school since Fall 2008. He is also a member of the Army Reserve Band, a private music teacher, and local musician.
Milton married Christina Cession Williams in 2011 and now have four children (Ava, "Isaac", Audrey, and Alexis).
