           We had 3 Days of Events - April 14th -16th 2023

 

Friday April 14th -      School Tour - 3:30PM

                                   (Meet at the Flagpole)

 

                                   Pre-event get together - 7PM to 10PM

                                   The Coop

                                   32 Lafayette Circle

                                   Lafayette, CA 94549

                                   (Bring Jackets/Sweaters as this event is both 

                                   inside and outside)

 

Saturday April 15th -  Main Event - Buffet Dinner - 5PM to 10PM

                                   Jennifer Russell Bldg.

                                   500 St. Mary's Road

                                   Lafayette, CA 94549

                                   (Signup for a parking pass for the Sunday reservoir

                                   picnic when you get your name badge at the

                                   main event on Saturday)

 

Sunday April 16th -    Picnic at the Lafayette Reservoir  - Noon to 4:00

                                   West Side, Upper Picnic Area near Visitor Center

                                   

 

DRESS CODE -            All event are casual attire.
