Michael Dewayne Boothe, 53, passed from this life Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2016. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ, 6102 W. Pleasant Ridge Rd., Arlington, with Ryan Inlow, Minister, officiating. Interment: 3:30 p.m. at the Burkburnett Cemetery, Burkburnett, Texas, with Larry Suttle from Wichita Falls officiating. Visitation: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday prior to the service at the church. Michael was born in Midwest City, Okla. in January of 1963, to his parents, Ernest E. Boothe and Joyce E. Boothe of Burkburnett, Texas. He graduated from Burkburnett High School. Michael had an Associate Degrees from Vernon Junior College and ITT. He was employed as a Network Center Technician at AT&T for 17 years. His various interests led him to assist with Wednesday night meals at his church and also assisted with operating the audio systems during church services. He loved the TCU Horned Frogs football team and helped run the scoreboard for 16 years. Michael was a kind and gracious man and a loving husband and son. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Ernest Boothe; and brother, Carl. Survivors: He is survived by his loving wife, Fairy Lynn; his mother, Joyce; Lynn\'s parents, Ron and Jean Chancey; his and Lynn\'s dear friend, Joanna Copeland; his sisters, Debbie and Roger Wood and Susan Smalling and their families; nephews and nieces, Kelsey and Christin Wood, Kyle Wood, Kevin and Erica Smalling and Kristie and Kennedy Smalling; Lynn\'s sister, Michelle and her husband, Hough Byrum; two grandnephews; and three grandnieces.
