Billy Leon Manshack was born February 2, 1962, in Lufkin, Texas to Sylvia Sue Manshack. He was raised by his mother and step-father, Lester Lavon Manshack. He attended elementary school in Lofton, Texas; later moving to Burkburnett, Texas where he graduated from Burkburnett High School in 1980. Billy worked for Laney Manufacturing Company as a welder for many years and was presently working for the Treadwell family, where he had worked for over fifteen years. He was united in marriage to Debra Ann (Birdine) Mitchell in Frederick, Oklahoma. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, welding, working on cars, as well as racing them.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Ann Manshack of the home; one daughter, April Kunkel and her husband Jozeff of Wilson, Oklahoma; his bonus children, Demetrius Addison and his wife Carla of Lawton, Oklahoma, Anitoine Addison and his wife Amanda of Frederick, Oklahoma, Xavien Wright of Fort Worth, Texas, Adrian Wright of Frederick, Oklahoma, and Samuel Mitchell, III of Frederick, Oklahoma, Sasha Mitchell of Frederick, Oklahoma, and Kyla Thomas of Fort Worth, Texas; his step-daughter and step-son, Christie Goodman and Bobby Goodman; two sisters, Pauline Flores and her husband Cecil of Frederick, Oklahoma, and Verna Honeycutt of Burkburnett, Texas; a special nephew, Chris Schreiner and his wife Tiffany of Frederick, Oklahoma; forty-two grandchildren including a special granddaughter, Deuna Miller; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Sue Manshack; one brother, Charlie Manshack; and one daughter, Laterria Birdine.

Mr. Manshack passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022, at the Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton. A visitation will be held on Thursday evening, June 2, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services for Billy Leon Manshack age 60, of Frederick, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 3, 2022, at the First Baptist Church, 201 E. Grand, Frederick, Oklahoma with Rev. Adrian Wright officiating. Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick.
