Curtis Eugene Sharp was born on January 8, 1963. He graduated from Burkburnett High School in 1981. At the time of his death on October 10, 2018, he resided in Mount Pleasant, TX. His remains were buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Mount Pleasant.

In Curtis's own words on his Linked In profile he states: "I'm a nearly blind, bald, diabetic who's trying to write a good sci-fi adventure novel. Wish me luck."
