The death of Robin Steuart Houghton, age 26 years, of Saskatoon, occurred in a local hospital on November 12, 1980.
A Memorial Service will be held November 15th from St. Marten's United Church. (Cremation). Memorial donations to Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, PO Box 3088, Saskatoon will be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
Surviving are his parents Mr. and Mrs. Merv Houghton of Saskatoon, brother Brad Houghton of Edmonton, his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Harry Houghton of Prince Albert, SK. and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Mr. Robin Houghton was born in Prince Albert, SK and at an early age came with his parents to make his home in Saskatoon. He attended Caswell School and Bedford Road Collegiate where he had served as House Leader. Attending the University of Saskatchewan he obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1976 and a Bachelor of Education in1979, majoring in Social Science and English.
Mr. Houghton had been on the staff of City Park Collegiate in 1980.
