The passing of Ruth occurred on August 6, 2014.
Caroline "Ruth" Wachniak was the youngest daughter of Wasylena (Kruchkowski) and Fred Wachniak. She was born in Melfort, SK on January 22, 1947and raised on the family farm in Gronlid. At the age of six they moved to Saskatoon. Although she lived in many places in her heart Saskatoon was “home”. Ruth will be remembered for her love of family, visiting, animals, gardening and cooking.
