SIEMENS, Viola June 27, 1932 - January 31, 2016
Viola Rose Siemens passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Parkridge Centre on Sunday, January 31, 2016. Our mother will be rejoicing in heaven with her Lord.
Mom was predeceased by her parents Earl and Gladys Cottrell, brother George Cottrell, sister Grace Pope, and grandson Tyler Rowney.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children; Ruth (Al) Rowney, David (Patricia) Siemens, Debbie (Neil) Block, Pat (Phil) Neufeld, Ronda (Jack) Golding; 18 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Vi was born and raised in Radisson, SK and then moved to Saskatoon at the age of 8. She received her schooling at Caswell Hill and then later graduated from Bedford Road Colligate. Her many hobbies included sewing, cooking, scrapbooking and volunteering at various places.
Memorial Service will be held at Erindale Alliance Church, 310 Perehudoff Crescent, Saskatoon, SK at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2016. Arrangements in care of Stefan Funk - DALMENY FUNERAL HOME (306-254-2022).
