The family of Deborah Meyers is saddened to announce her passing on Tuesday, March 5, 2013.
She was predeceased by her father Howard in 1976 and her brother Ken in 2006.
Deborah is survived by her mother Margaret; brother Lee (Linda); sisters Kathy and Fran; her son Warren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Deborah attended King George Elementary School and Bedford Road Collegiate in Saskatoon. She worked as an Office Assistant for many years and belonged to the Bonnie Blue Belles Pipe Band. Her son Warren was the light of Deborah's life. In 2001 Deborah moved into Parkridge due to illness.
The family would like to extend thanks to all the staff and Dr. Walker at Parkridge for all their special care of Deborah. A Service of Remembrance will be held Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home (east on 8th Street, first right past Briargate Road). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkridge Centre (110 Gropper Crescent, Saskatoon, SK S7M 5N9).
