Margaret Helen Tyler, nee McLeod, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Thursday, July 21, 2005.
Margaret was born on November 28, 1916 in Saskatoon, SK and attended Caswell School and Bedford Road Collegiate. It was there she met her husband, E.J. Curly Tyler. Margaret and Curly, were married on August 22, 1942 and the next day moved to Brandon, MB where she resided until her passing.
Left to cherish Margaret's memory are daughters, Mary Ellen and Elaine; son, Bruce; cousins, Gladys Smith of Saskatoon, SK, and Wilma Donaldson of Vancouver, BC; plus her nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Margaret was predeceased by her husband, E.J. Curly; parents, Roderick and Elizabeth (nee Weatherhead) McLeod; brothers, Jack and Ross McLeod; sisters, Norma Bird and Dot McDonald.
A Private Family Interment was held in the Brandon Cemetery. Urn Bearer was her son, Bruce Tyler. Flowers are gratefully declined. Friends may make a donation in memory of Margaret to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation, 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, MB R7A 2B3 or to a charity of choice.
