MYRNA (WARD)(JANZEN) MCWILLIE September 11, 1944 - December 2, 2016
It is with great sadness that the family of Myrna Louise McWillie announces her peaceful passing with family by her side at the St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon.

Myrna will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 16 years Gene and their blended family: Children - James (Janzen), Michele and Kory (Kuntz), Laura and Mark (King), Leah and Rob Norman. Grandchildren - Rachel Janzen, Sydnee Kuntz, Bobby and Duncan Lawrence and Sarah Norman. Also left to morn are her sisters and their husbands Linda and Ed Giesbrecht, Laurette and Al Leedahl and Doreen Harder in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.

Myrna was born and lived her life in Saskatoon. She attended Westmount public school and Bedford Road high school. She married her late husband Bill Janzen and raised their two children James and Michele. In later years Myrna worked at the Sanatorium and the Parkridge Centre. Myrna lived a very active life with family being her number one priority. She participated in many sports during her life such as softball, basketball, bowling, volleyball, racquetball, tennis, golf, broomball, and pickleball.

The family would like to thank the many doctors, nurses and health care providers at RUH, Saskatoon Cancer Clinic and St. Paul's Hospital Palliative Care Unit that took care of Myrna. The Memorial Service will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 107 McWillie Avenue in Saskatoon at 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 8. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements in care of MARTENS WARMAN FUNERAL HOME (306-934-4888).
