In loving memory of Bev MacSorley, born on January 20, 1954 in Unity, SK and passed away on August 4, 2010 in Saskatoon, SK.
She attended King George, Bedford Road and Mount Royal Collegiate. Bev then attended Saskatoon Business College and went on to work at the Human Rights Commission for 25 years. After the passing of her mother, Bev lived with aunt and uncle, Vera and Lawrence Jones. Bev was a devoted aunt and could always be found supporting her nieces and nephews at their activities. She had a passion for chuck wagon racing and followed it closely.
She was predeceased by; her mom and dad, Gordon and Edith MacSorley, aunt and uncle, Vera and Lawrence Jones, Ivan and Mae MacSorley, and Ed and Effie MacSorley. Bev is survived by Mel MacSorley and Beth Rennie of Wiseton, SK, Bob and Connie MacSorley of Craven, SK, Carrie and Mike Wakkuri (Matthew, Hayes and Tayen) of Wheatland, WY, Cindy MacSorley of McLean, SK, Bonnie and Barry Engdahl of Hague, SK, Shelly Engdahl of Hague, SK, Barry Engdahl and Krista Bohl of Saskatoon, SK, Al MacSorley and Jean Hoobonoff of Saskatoon, SK, Gordon MacSorley and Renae Fortier of Saskatoon, SK, Cody MacSorley of Saskatoon, SK, Kirt MacSorley and Miranda Dennison of Saskatoon, SK, as well as Auntie Eunice and Larry Pollock, and numerous cousins.
The Funeral Service for Bev will take place on Sunday August 8, 2010 from Acadia-McKague's Funeral Centre (915 Acadia Drive, Saskatoon) at 1:00 p.m., with interment to follow at Eagle Creek Cemetery.
