Mabel Bertha Macnab passed away peacefully October 4, 2007 at Stensrud Lodge. Born on December 23, 1910 in Winnipeg, MB.

Predeceased by her parents, Wallace and Bertha Howe; brothers, Frank and Wallace Howe; husbands, Robert J Sanderson, and J. Austin Macnab; sons-in-law, Henry J. Wasylyk and Calvin J. Coolidge. Mabel is survived by son, Murray (Jean) McDonald of Kingston ON; daughters, Faye Coolidge, of Lashburn SK, Lynne (Alan) Holt of New Market ON; step son, Jack (Helen) Macnab, of Parksville, BC; step daughters, Marilyn (Doug) Michetti of Calgary AB, Jean Beaton of Lloydminster AB, Greta (Herb) Thompson of Calgary AB, Doreen (Jack) Staniforth of Lashburn SK; niece, Sharon Giza, Salmo BC, 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Mom attended Bedford Road Collegiate, she then went on to Saskatoon Business College, and after completing her course she worked for Retail Merchants. During WWII she worked for the Income Tax Department, she then went on to work for Moore Smith and Co. until her retirement. Mom Loved to knit crochet, and was an avid reader until macular degeneration limited her ability to do these things that she enjoyed so much. She was truly loved by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Our Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Great-Great-Grandmother will be dearly missed but in our hearts forever.

A Private Family Service will be held. We wish to extend a special thank you to the staff at Stensrud Lodge for all the care and love she received.
