Join Executive Coach and MEA Master Faculty member, Jill Nykoliation, as she shares one of the tools from her powerful workshop "Who Am I Now?" following which Chapter Members will discuss how we will apply her insights to the year ahead. Our identities and priorities often become cluttered with obligations, roles, and activities that don’t serve our deepest goals. Jill will share an exercise from Harvard Business School Professor Christina Wallace's book, The Portfolio Life, designed to help individuals reassess their priorities and align their time and energy with what truly matters. This exercise helps you visually map out your life’s priorities – from work and relationships to health and personal growth – and identify areas where you may wish to recalibrate and make purposeful adjustments that reflect who you are now and where you want to go.

Jill will introduce Jesse Itzler’s Big A$$ Calendar method, a practical tool to help you design your year intentionally. By mapping out the next 12 months in advance and scheduling “life experiences” – from big adventures to small, meaningful moments – you can align your time with your values and goals. In this session, Jill will guide us through this actionable approach to create a year that reflects your priorities and dreams.
