DATE AND PLACE
The walk is on Sunday, October 20th, 2024.
The in-person 3-mile walk will take place in Penn Park at 3000 Walnut St. in Philadelphia, PA. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. Please check in at the registration table and sign a waiver. The opening remarks will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the walk will begin shortly after. Late arrivals are welcome to join the course at any time.
REGISTRATION
All walkers must register online to participate. Walkers are asked to raise funds for CASA of Philadelphia. Onsite registration will be available the day of the event. Children 3 and under are FREE.
ROUTE
The route consists of a 1-mile loop through Penn Park. The loop will be repeated a total of three times for a 3-mile walk. The route is suitable for walkers of all abilities. Strollers and dogs on leashes are welcome.
PARKING
There is a parking lot right next to the park that costs $4 an hour or $15 max for the day. There is also street parking available. 30th Street Train Station is also a short walk from the park if you would prefer to take public transportation to the event.

If you are using Apple Maps, please type in 3000 Walnut St. If you are using Google Maps, type in 249-201 South 30th St. or Lower Walnut St.
To reach Penn Park by automobile, head east on Chestnut Street, turn right onto 31st Street
and go one block to Lower Walnut Street. Continue straight under the over pass.
DIRECTIONS
The walk will be held at Penn Park, which is located at 3000 Walnut St., Philadelphia, PA, 19104. Kickoff will begin within the park at Picnic Grove.
